Our StoryOn September 24, 2017, our founder Kaleb Winders and his girlfriend took a trip to Charlotte, North Carolina to watch a professional football game. They stayed at a hotel downtown only a couple miles from the stadium, so they decided to walk to the game that afternoon. Upon arrival to the game, the event staff workers informed Kaleb and Jordan that her purse would not be allowed in because it was not a clear bag and it would need to be thrown away or left in the bushes during the game.
They weren’t going to leave a $400 purse on the ground, so Kaleb walked the couple miles back to the hotel to drop it off. By the time he got back, the game was halfway over and he was very frustrated. He knew there had to be a better solution for storing event-goers’ valuables. A few months later Kaleb began working for an event staff company located in Knoxville, TN. While working these large sporting and music events over the past few years, he realized it wasn’t just him who had experienced this frustration at various venues around the country. Through his experience in the security industry and his personal experience with no solution to storing valuables at events, he began this business Rolling Storage LLC.
